Kauai - Old Faithful - Edit
Not my first choice when there are vegetarian or other restaurants around that serve great food, but Kauai makes healthy and tasty food when you're somewhere like the airport, or Sandton City, or somewhere else that is notoriously challenging when you're vegan or try to eat healthy veg food.
Pros: Labels vegan, Fry's veggie strips
Cons: Expensive for what you get
