Good place for breakfast. Had a big breakfast plate with scrambled tofu, hummus, beans and mixed salad. The service was nice. The cats were well behaved, what else to wish?

Cats cats cats, do I need to say anything else? As a cat lover, I needed to visit this place to see how I can service them. All lying around and sleeping, sometimes indulging my attention. Definitely a place with several cats and lots of servants (the visitors) :)

The place is not vegetarian, it's fully vegan and they have very filling and delicious meals (breakfast foods like baked beans, scrambles tofu, baked tofu, sweet and savoury spreads and bread, smoothie bowls, granola-bowls...) and desserts (cakes, crepes, ice cream shakes).

I visited the sister store in Nürnberg but was only able to try the delicious cake. This place is so perfect and has reasonable prices. But as if that wasn’t enough of a reason to visit, the cats living their lives in the restaurant make this place a must-see. In addition to a large salad with tofu that I couldn’t even finish, the dark chocolate cake with cherries was divine! I’m the only vegan who came with five non-vegans, and all of the omnis cleaned their plates. Make this place a priority, as they are friendlier in the Munich store, too.

The food is super good, they have fresh, different meals every day and a variety of vegan cakes. The employees are very friendly (especially the cats 😍) and it is overall a pleasure to spend some time in the Katzentempel!

The food is delicious and 100% Vegan. The cats are friendly, and so are the staff. Everything is clean and smells of cakes and coffee flow throughout the open space. It is comfy and cozy with cushions, and lit with sunshine and bubbling chatter.

Sure, the cats can go anytime when they are tired. But the staff lure the cats with treats again and again. Result - sorry, but the cats are not necessarily slim. The cakes were delicious, albeit small and expensive. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan. Sorry. 🤷🏼♀️

Es gibt insgesamt 6 Katzen im Restaurant die man beobachten und streicheln kann. Katzen haben auch ihren eigenen Raum als Rückzugsort.
Read moreEssen, Desserts (Kuchen, Torte, Pfannkuchen) und Drinks sind alle vegan :-) Das einzige was nicht vegan ist Kuh-Milch zum Kaffee, aber nur auf Anfrage. Standard ist eigentlich Soja, Hafer oder Mandelmilch.
Essen hat frisch und lecker geschmeckt.
Preise sind Münchner Durchschnitt, ~4€ für Getränke, ~4€ für Nachspeisen, 8-12€ für Hauptspeisen.

It was really nice place. It was my first time at a cat coffee, but it was a nice experience. The cats were always in the front room, where a little lazy but pretty damn cute!!
Read moreThe waitress was friendly and could also speak good English with my friends. We took a student offer with a coffee and a random cake. And all of our 3 cakes were delicious. The coffee was good, but not the best I've had ;) and you gotta state if you want any vegan milk, it's not standard.
Overall I do recommend going there, if you like vegan cake and cats.
