Lovely Vegan restaurant with rescue cats❤️🩹🐈⬛ - Edit
Absolutely amazing concept, some of the cats approached to want to cuddle which provided a wonderful experience for me🌱♥️ Restaurant served delicious food with some of the dishes having a small cat paw of spice on the plate. Really recommend this experience, cats who wanted peace and quiet could trap door to another room. Had a tap where you could wash your hands before eating. Food a bit pricey 13-15 Euro, but that’s the only con (except if you’re allergic to cats), overall provided a lovely experience.

Incredible menu with loads of lovely vegan options. Good portions, great flavours. And to be st with friendly cats who love the space that has been built for them. Very attentive staff. Very clean place. Highly recommended.

Delicious food in a wonderful environment surrounded by very relaxed cats. Definitely felt like the cats were the most important thing here and they were all rescue cats, their well-being was clearly the priority. Definitely check it out.

One of my fave places we visited in Berlin, will defo be back! Gorgeous cats and amazing vegan food. Extensive menu with breakfast, sandwiches, burgers and bowls (I'll add pics of menu). We had planted steak and fries, chilli con fritten and rainbow bowl - good portion size and really flavourful. We also had iced coffees which were made with ice cream and whitted cream - incredible!

The new Katzentempel in Berlin Mitte is a real value add to the vegan community in Berlin. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything you could wish for is on the menu. The staff is great and you get good recommendations. We will be back soon!

The food had a bit too many leaves compared to the rest of it but the rest of the dish was yummy. Unless it's a specially designed leafy dish they're usually kind of an after thought and taste as such. But the scramble tofu eggs were yummy.
Read moreThere were 6 cats when we visited, almost all asleep or sleepy and one in the back where the cats have a private space for themselves. Like others mentioned they give advice on how to behave around the cats which is nice for their wellbeing.

Amazing flavoured food in a friendly, cosy and clean atmosphere. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The paw shaped dessert is great, it's a very flavoursome chocolate and peanut moose covered in chocolate. Dumplings with salad were also amazing. The cats were quiet and adorable.

Make sure you book, gets reserved real quick (super easy to book online) the food here was really tasty better than we expected and good portion sizes, we shared a breakfast. You must get a hot drink, comes with the cutest cat paw on and the snickers dessert comes as a law and tastes incredible ! A must. The cats roam freely and we had one come over for loving 😍 went to sleep next to my husband.

Although the kitchen closes at 20.15 hrs we gave it a try at 20.30 hrs. If we decided what to eat within 10 minutes we could still eat overthere. The staff is very friendly and helpful with giving us information about the cats. At the moment there is a group of six cats living inside the Temple. They have plenty of space and lots of play furniture. Inside is also a small shop for clothing and souvenirs. On the menu they offer quite a lot of meal options. All vegan! We ordered mango smoothie, berry smoothie, acai vanilla bowl, temple sandwich, temple burger and tiramisu. Service was quick and all meals tasted excellent. The tiramisu was addictive....

Really lovely cat café/restaurant. Everything is clearly designed with the cats’ wellbeing in mind, and the atmosphere is super cosy. The burgers aren’t very big, but they’re really tasty.
Read moreI was a bit surprised (and honestly a little uncomfortable) to be rushed to pay while my partner was in the bathroom, especially since we hadn’t finished our drinks and the place wasn’t about to close. Despite that awkward moment, we’re still happy we visited and enjoyed the overall experience.

Had a great time there! The staff was incredibly friendly. Cats weren't really in the mood for pets, but I was happy to just have them around and luckily it seems like they're good about respecting the cat's wishes and asking visitors to do the same.
