very tasty but simple food, perfect for a simple lunch or breakfast. The staff is very friendly and there is an opportunity to play with the cats, they will also quickly come and have a look on the table the cats.

What a gem in Leiden - Edit
The cats are super cute, the staff are friendly, the location is right in the centre of Leiden, and the food is SO GOOD!! I had a vegan club sandwich and it was really really really good. Please go visit and try the food if you're in and around Leiden!

To even be possible to order you will have to pay 3 euros per person. Would be nice to have that known before.

Yes. Now they do. When we came it was just introduced. Lots of people turned around. When you come with kids and have to spend 15 euros just to sit at a table is not very welcoming.

It's not unusual to charge an entry-fee, it's definitly not the only catcafé that's doing so. It's to take care of the kitties. If you would go to a zoo you wouldn't expect it to be free either, right?

Read moreI had the Vegan Club Sandwich which was really nice but for me the highlight was the Vegan Red Velvet Cake which was delicious. Lovely flavors while still being really light. I’d go back just for that, although I’d really like to try their carrot cake (which is also vegan)
A great experience for cat lovers. The cats are well looked after and will interact with you if they feel like it. They’re really friendly and not at all skittish.

Lovely place, where I had a delicious vegan smoothie bowl. There are many vegan options, just ask and they will gladly explain what you can order. Options going from sweets, and breakfast to lunch.

We ordered the vegan nachos, club sandwich, tuna melt sandwich and iced coffees whilst relaxing in this cute cat-filled cafe. The owner and waiter were both lovely and friendly. Would recommend booking to avoid disappointment - however they happily accommodated us and other walk-ins if there was space

Definitely worth a visit!! Went there to cuddle with some cats and was surprised by the vegan menu. Many options and great quality food! Visiting this cafe made my day!
