More than just basic vegan sushi - Edit
Katsu-Ya is a great place to go to find vegan sushi! They have more than just basic cucumber rolls and are very accommodating. Ask the server about vegan options and they can show you which ones are vegan or can be made vegan. They also offered to make a custom roll with the veggies of our choice. My favorite was the spicy miso roll - the sauce was so good!! Delicious sushi and great drinks!

Be careful eating here if fully vegan. I had some cross contamination and was really sick! I hope it was a fluke! One time deal! Cause overall it’s delicious!
