Great variety in a quiet cat cafe - Edit
We tried both the Nordic and classic brunch option (all vegan) and both were good! It had an interesting vegan 'salmon' and excellent vegan scrambled eggs ham.

I mean, what is there to say? It's a cat cafe. The food isn't bad, but you're mostly there for the cats anyway. And the cats are just wonderful. We made good friends with Marischka, and the remainder of this review will consist mostly of photos of her being cute.

Love this place! Such sweet cats, perfect vegan food and lovely staff. Everything is great, the pancakes, the cakes, the sandwiches and drinks. I had the winter special hot chocolate and the winter ice cream with raspberries (beware, it’s gigantic) and met the cutest little cat for a cuddle. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Super lecker! Super freundlich! Obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben, hat man alles versucht uns einen Tisch anzubieten. Also es lohnt sich zu reservieren. Frühstücken ist ein Muss und unsagbar gut. Schaut euch die Fotos an, dann brauche ich nicht mehr viel zu sagen.

Aber die Preise gehen wirklich gar nicht, absolut überteuert für das basic Essen, das man bekommt. 17€? für Brot mit Aufstrich ist halt echt einfach nur heftig. Der Laden ist eigentlich gefühlt immer voll und es ist auch recht zugestopft mit Tischen, deswegen verstehe ich diese horrenden Preise nicht.

Moin und danke für die vier Sterne. Bzgl. deiner Kritik müssen wir aber einmal nachhaken: Bist du dir sicher, dass du bei uns warst? Wir haben nämlich keine Frühstücke für 17 €. Das Frühstück, was du beschreibst wäre am ehesten unser Köök Frühstück mit 5 Ausftricken, selbstgebackenem Dinkelbrot, Salatbeilage und 1/2 Franzbrötchen. Das kostet aber lediglich 13,9 €. Unser teuerstes Frühstück ist mit verschiedenen selbstgemachten Vischalternativen. Aber auch das kostet nur 14,9 €. Wir haben uns viele Gedanken über unsere Preise gemacht. Und sind eher günstiger als teurer als vergleichbare Gastronomie-Betriebe in ähnlicher Lage und das, obwohl wir zusätzlich 6 Katzen beherbergen (Futter, Streu, Spielzeug, Catsitter und jährlich über 10.000 € Tierarztkosten). Unsere Speisekarte ist online auf unserer Homepage zu finden inklusive Preisen, wir gehen mit unseren Preisen also komplett transparent um. Am Wochenende ist es bei uns häufig gut besucht und in der Ferienzeit auch. Aber außerhalb dessen haben wir auch häufig ruhige Zeiten, in denen wenig los ist. Vielleicht schaffst du es ja mal zu einer ruhigeren Zeit zu uns zu kommen. Falls du überhaupt schon einmal da warst - denn der Preisinfo zu urteilen scheint es nicht so zu sein. Dein Katers Köök Team

Fully vegan cat cafe with a great variety on the menu, including all day breakfast options, lunch options and delicious cakes. And their five resident cats are lovely - if you are lucky, you will get a cat on your lap for the meal. Well worth the visit, easy walking distance from Hamburg Town Hall/Ratthaus, and I recommend a stroll through Planten und Blomen park to get there.
