Cozy place & great real food - Edit
The staff was supernice and the place is colourful and cozy but above all, the galettes are delicious, filled in with fresh ingredients, really well combined with the galettes dough.

Fantastic Experience! - Edit
I would have given a 5 star review but happy cow doesn’t allow me because they’re not a fully vegan restaurant.
Read moreThey have a lot of vegan options though! Their mains include Galettes which uses a buckwheat wrap and with loads of veggie fillings and hummus with a side salad. This was very filling and felt very fresh and healthy. I would’ve like a sauce or something on top (just cause I love dips and sauces).
Their desserts are usually not vegan but the owner would happily make it vegan for you and suggest alternatives. The vegan cream they use is really great.
The appetiser in itself was already very filling. They were Farinata with either mushrooms or salsa. The Farinata is not the usual that I know - thinner and a but crunchier (My boyfriend is Italian and his one is a bit thicker and softer). But it was tasty!
The whole place has a very welcome, colourful, positive and eclectic vibe. The owner was so friendly, he even showed us the garden and outside seating area. They use organic produce and grow the herbs and perhaps some of the veggies they use. We were even given a tribal drum performance by the owner (because I was very curious about it).
You can tell they have a community vibe, prices are reasonable and they don’t even have a service charge. Give them a visit😄 #Veganuary
Pros: Numerous vegan options, Friendly, welcoming, happy vibe, Fresh, Organic, healthy good
Cons: Not fully vegan

Funky Galettes - Edit
Really like it. Had a Vegan Route Galette which was tasty and filling. A galette would work for brunch, lunch or dinner I reckon. It took half an hour or so to arrive, but there was a lot going on with the filling and it was worth waiting for. The coffee was good too.
Read moreIt has a nice outside seating area if the weather allows and it's nice and funky inside. The staff were friendly.
Also, for what it's worth, you can park in the street opposite for free on Sat & Sun (useful also for a 15 min walk to central Brixton).
All good.
Pros: Tasty, filling food, Funky, photogenic inside & outside, Good value, friendly staff

Delicious juice, not sure about the crepes - Edit
The juices were amazing but did not enjoy the crepe. It also took about an hour for our food to come, which seemed a bit much given there were only three other occupied tables.

Decent food and delicious juice - Edit
The vegan gallettes are basically various vegetables and hummus inside the buckwheat pancake, served with a side salad. It is filling and pretty tasty. The dessert options were also quite good but a little on the dry side. The juices are very nice. The vibe in the cafe is very welcoming.

Vegan creppes - Edit
That experience was very confusing. The menu apparently was printed before they changed some of the recipes and they had not redone it. To find out what was vegan and what not was not clear. Apparently we could have anything but not everything was vegan. ??? Definitely difficult to communicate. Two juices we ordered both seemed to be missing an ingredient judged by the colour and flavour. Same difficulty in understanding the desserts, what we could have vegan. So the actual crepe they use for desserts was not vegan, same for the one they use for the savouries, but they got a vegan pancake essentially, so both savoury and sweet were on the same base. Two interesting choices there too.
Read moreWent there with a voucher I purchased, otherwise would not have been worth it.
Pros: Seemingly many combos to choose from
Cons: Confusing communication, Slow service

We were warmly welcomed.
The owner took time out to ensure we were happy. Even showed us around.
The chef was wonderful allowed me to create my own vegan Galette as I couldn't find one that I wanted.
A lovely vibrant place with a great atmosphere.
The whole team made every effort to ensure all the customers were happy.
The meal was fantastic. So filling I had to take my pudding with me.
Oh did I mention their juices were to die for.
We will definitely return.

Fantastic! - Edit
They sell crepes, pancakes, juices, coffees and teas only, so it's a limited menu but the food is great. They have many vegan options. The vibe is also really cool. There is outside seating and inside they have artworks and a library! I believe they also have special events. The owners are lovely and friendly and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is about a ten minute walk going up Brixton Hill. Check it out!

We were really impressed by the quality of the French pancakes and juices. Really fresh ingredients, colourful chilled out environment and very reasonably priced. The young girl working this evening was so friendly and attentive despite being by herself all night.

Nice place with delicious pancakes - Edit
The place is very nice decorated with relaxing music and smiling lovely African owners. I tried all vegan options they have and they were delicious. The only problem is that there is only one chef making no more than 2 pancakes at once, juices and service at the same time, and we were waiting 1,5 hour for our order because before us two big groups of people ordered their food. (They gave us free raw chocolates and juices coz of long waiting). I recommend if you are not verrrrry hungry and have some time. I was there on Saturday, maybe during the week is not such busy. And you can pay by card.
