Kasvis ravintola is a lunch restaurant situated in the center of Turku in the Adventist church. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes soup. Also each day a vegan lunch is available. Set lunch includes salads, main dish, bread, and tea. You have to take stairs from a corridor, and it also operates a stand on Yliopistonkatu. Previously named Turun Etra Ry. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm.

They had plenty of vegan options when I was there last time. Take the stairs from the Betel-kirko sign and keep to the left for 50 metres and the door to the restaurant is on your right side.
Pros: Location, Vegan-friendly, Children-friendly

My favorite lunch restaurant - Edit
This is my favorite vegetarian restaurant in Turku. It is a children-friendly and cosy place to have lunch. The salad bar is almost always super and especially the "etno"-meny on thursdays is usually delicious.
