Next level sandwiches - Edit
I came here expecting it to be good, but dang. This was the most well balanced sandwich I've ever had.
Read moreI got the cheese and chutney on sourdough.
The bread was chewy and had an excellent crumb. The ingredients could all be tasted. The chutney wasn't over sweet, the cheese came through as a perfect followup flavor. It had balsamic (I think) on it but not enough to bleed through it make the bread soggy.
This place deserves its top rating. My compliments to the sandwich designer. I'll def be back.
Oh and it's also not super expensive 100k-170k ish.

Read moreThis plant cheez is next level AMAZING.
We ate here twice and would have come back if we had more time.
The space is really lovely, staff are nice and food is mind-blowing.
The pasta portions aren’t huge but packed with flavour and great texture.
The panini (la Vida) I will dream about for eternity. I also really loved the salad (sucker for salads)
Food come out relatively quick too!
Pros: Best plant based cheese I have ever had
Cons: None

Top tier gluten free bagel!! - Edit
Such a treat to have such a tasty gluten free bagel! It's a little deflated and yeasty tasting on its own, but you can't tell as a sandwich and the texture is great. It's not as tiny as the bagel bros gf bagel (also good, more dense/thick but tiny size). I recommend you go to this location or order it as they've often run out at other locations.
Read moreThe cheese is amazing, they have tangy fermented ones(+++++), and fresh creamy non tangy ones too(+++). The sandwich fillings are well thought out and complimentary, totally delicious. I'll get these bagels as many times as I can before I leave.
Staff seem lovely at all locations😄It's not cheap but price is fair for a treat.
Pros: So damn delicious, Gluten free bagels, Fresh

Amazing experience - Edit
The food is very good (had a cream cheese bagel with avocado and my bf had hummus) but the place is even better. It’s a small courtyard with all sorts of shops around and in the middle there’s a pond you can sit around. Staff is very helpful too.

Delicious vegan cheese - Edit
I loved this place. Very quiet and cute to sit around a little longer. And the sandwich’s are super delicious. Probably one of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. It’s more in the pricey side, but worth it.

Best vegan cheese ever! - Edit
Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever had better vegan cheese. We tried the pink sauce pasta which was nice, but it was the sandwich which blew our minds. The cheese used had a texture, stretchiness and bite that we’ve rarely found in vegan cheeses. Absolutely brilliant! The salted like kombucha was great as well!

The cheese is amazing! But also the prices - Edit
The food is very good and the cheese is one of the best! Kombucha is also worth trying. However, the prices are super high, comparable to Europe or even Australia. But it's definitely worth trying once in a while.

Amazing cheese board - Edit
Worth hopping across the river from the main part of the city to this cafe selling cashew based cheese in a range of different meals, including sandwiches, pastas and cheese platters . We couldn’t resist trying the cheese platter for 2, which came with a delicious array of fruits, vegetables and bread/crackers. We tried 4 cheese all delicious in their own way. They also sell coffee made with cashew milk. It is on the expensive side but totally worth the treat given that homemade vegan cheese is so novel to come by. It is also nestled into a really nice tree shaded spot with other cafes and a pond.

Went here for breakfast and were not disappointed, just as all the other reviews say! We got a sandwich and a salad, both were fresh and delicious. The staff also let us try their new vegan Camembert which is a big recommendation. They might be able to deliver to Hanoi too 🥰

Not cheap and popular with the Thao Dien crowd, for good reason. Worth the trip if visiting Saigon.
