great for cooking supplies - Edit
Really good place to pick up cooking basics. Also includes some gluten free pasta options, quinoa, millet and other grains. Bakery items are good quality and have significant multigrain options

Good store for western staple items - Edit
They have the best prices for tahini and bulk beans, cornmeal, mustard etc. Mostly canned, dry goods and sauces. Run by a very nice family including the granma.
If you are a vegetarian they bake daily and there always seems to be different fresh caskes and pies (strawberry pie, coconut cake, pineapple cake etc) Looks good but you need to ask if the item is vegan.
