What we expected in Italy! - Edit
The food was amazing! We will return on this trip again! Service was great. We stopped for a drink earlier and made reservations. Spoke to our waiter and he recommended what could be made vegan. Had an incredible salad that was huge! So fresh and full of flavor. The pumpkin soup was so so delicious! We ordered two pastas and both were so good. Highly recommend.

Amazing truffle pasta - Edit
The truffle pasta is amazing and a must try. We also asked for a side salad which was huge. Make sure to say vegan so no cheese is added to the pasta.

Unclear on the vegan options! - Edit
Visited this place because of the numerous good reviews and limited options in Praiano. I ordered the truffle pasta as others indicated in their review, but I’m pretty certain none of it was vegan! I first asked if the pasta didn’t have egg and I’m glad I did, because it DID. I requested a spaghetti/pasta without egg and assumed I was set, but I’m fairly positive the cream sauce was dairy-based and it had cheese on top. Cool spot but a vegan fail!☹️

Delicious but pricey. - Edit
Wish my new husband and I had known about everything on the Amalfi coast basically being fine dining.... Price and portion size at Kasai definitely reflected this.
We're both vegan and there were only 2 things on the menu we could have, although the staff seemed happy to help make something for us so we were very grateful.
Truffle pasta - as many others have said - was delicious but frankly, I don't see the hype over truffle. The tomato pasta again was nice, but honestly not as amazing as I was expecting given the freshness and richness of Italian tomatoes.
We left after just one course, but that was mainly because we just can't afford paying £25 for a half-size plate of spaghetti pomodoro...
Pros: Able to feed you something vegan, Lovely view over the sea and beautiful setting, Nice truffle pasta
Cons: Very expensive - all mains €20+, Very limited - 2 pasta options, Fine dining vibes - small portions

Absolutely loved the vegan truffle pasta they were able to make me as well as the lemon sorbet. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, understood veganism and made sure we had plenty to eat! Absolutely would return
