Menu lists a vegan section with 3 or so dishes, and several sides include the regional klöße are vegan suitable. Food is prepared to order, so you could ask for a mix of different vegetables. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-2:30pm, Mon-Sun 5:00pm-11:00pm.

Will 'build' something veg*n - Edit
Very friendly staff, will 'build' something veg*n in the middle of a purely flesh-eating region. Nice German interieur with lotsa old signs, etc. , good for tourist photos. Interieur mostly wood, outside 'beer garden'. 5 mins walk from train station. Inner "shopping" city & 'biological' supermarket around the corner. 'No garlic' food can be prepared, yay!
