Oat milk :D - Edit
Been travelling around Morocco for over three weeks and this is the first place I’ve found (other then Starbucks) that has oat milk. I had an ice oat milk coffee and it was very good. Alpro oat milk is what they used.

Cute Café with vegan milks - Edit
This Café has a rather European vibe and being there reminded me of sitting in a Café in Berlin. It’s interior and offerings are minimalistic but their coffee is special. It tastes very well balanced. If you want, you can opt for vegan milk options such as oat, soy or almond. When I visited they didn’t yet have vegan pastries or snacks but they are working on it.
