Cozy and Delicious - Edit

I tried this place for morning coffee and the breakfast special. The breakfast special this morning was delicious and flavorful, with lentils, coconut cream curry, a number of spices and other deliciousness on a bed of rice. There are various drink options available, including lattes, chai latte, smoothies, juice, and tea (and flavorings, soy milk). For food, I spoke with the owner (who is very friendly), and he relayed that the daily menu consists of a breakfast special, lunch special, and dinner special. These specials are almost always vegan by default. Very rarely he'll add ghee (which is not vegan), but that isn't often as it's expensive and unnecessary.

Overall, we had a really positive experience. Coffee was good (I got an iced soy latte), food was flavorful and filling, and the ambiance is really quaint and cozy. I'll definitely come back again and would recommend others give it a shot.

Pros: friendly owner, wi-fi, delicious food

Cons: no music; can be a little awkward, only the one food option per day

Simple setting, good food, friendly owner. - Edit

Ate lunch here on a weekday with my kid. There was one option - a black-eyed pea dish. Owner was running the small restaurant/coffee house and was great to talk to. The setting is small, with just a few tables inside. Nothing too fancy. Water was served in plastic solo cups. Food was warmed in the microwave, but really pretty tasty. It was a good sized portion, and filling. Owner explained that they have a larger food selection on the weekends, and all food is veg except for Friday nights when some meat dishes are added to the menu.

Pros: Nice owner, Food is tasty

Cons: Not a large selection
