Certified bio restaurant with many options - Edit
We hiked from Preiner Gscheid to the Karl Ludwig House and while we had amazing views on the way to the top, the highlight was the amazing food that we found at their restaurant. The place was packed and it was difficult to find some seats, but after we managed to find something, we were blown away by the multiple options that they had. The vegan options included: pasta with wild garlic/bear's garlic pesto or with tomato sauce, Mexican Chili, Indian lentil soup and Grandma's potato soup. Some of these options also included their vegetarian version with parmesan/parmigiano, so make sure to mention it before ordering. They also have at least 3 vegetarian dessert options. The price ranges are average, but standard for mountain huts/lodges. You can find the menu next to their kitchen for viewing.

It was a great surprise to find something vegan to eat on top of a mountain. Great vegan chili with warm homemade bread.
