We had teriyaki tofu on sour bread and nam tok mhoo yam but unfortunately we ate half of it before remembering to take pics. It was too good to wait!

Classy - Edit
This isn't really my style of place since caffeine hasn't treated me well as a vegan and kind of dainty inside, but now sad I'm leaving Bangkok. Cool people working here and wrap was perfect. Ice cream was a tad salty, but texture was rad. Great neighborhood as well. Catch a boat to get over there from near Chinatown at Ratchawong Pier. Right pier by the fish, pay on the other side- 9 baht.

Best Cafe in Bangkok - Edit
Go past Vanessa Salon, to the end of Tha Din Daeng Rd., turn left, and then shortly turn left again to go down the road with murals on the right side. The cafe is on the left.
Read moreIt’s a really wonderful place, I had the Sourdough Bibimbap (an open faced sandwich with Bibimbap ontop) and it was great. The Thai Ice Tea was also lovely. All the food is vegan, and it has a comfortable sofa seating if you want to come and do work. The menu is in the pricier side (200-300 baht per person), but it’s well worth it.
There is a fabric store upstairs with more seating. They also have free water.
Pros: All Vegan, Many options, Friendly staff

Lovely vegan gem! - Edit
I loved this café! The decor was so up my street, so cute and clean!
Read moreVery nice food, especially the main I had, which was 'the Bibimap', so fresh and flavourful!
I also had a passion for fashion drink along side it, recommended to me by my server, was lush!
I then had chocolate and pecan brioche with ice cream and a hot chai.
This was also nice but I preffered My main and the chai was not to my personal taste, though I think I'm use to English variants rather than more traditional chai I guess haha
If I was to visit Bangkok again I'd 100% visit again and recommend it to anyone!
I walked from the icon siam shopping centre, which was just shy of a 20-minute walk, so a good location too.
Pros: Amazing food , Lovely decor , Friendly owners and staff
Cons: Could only pay by card if it were 500 bhat+

Thank you so much for sharing your experience Angel! We’re happy you had a fabulous Kappra experience. Wonderful choices too and we’re happy you at least tried the chai. We definitely serve the absolute traditional version of Chai to honor the legacy of the Thai-Indian textile community we’re serving here in our pierside community. We appreciate it’s nothing like the English variants, haha! You might enjoy our Monsoon Tea selection more the next time you visit. We stock a whole host of Forrest-friendly teas harvested from the North of Thailand. We would love to see you again - thank you for letting Kappra nourish your body and soul x

A must go! - Edit
Kappra café was definitely worth the trip for us to find it. The people are very nice here and the vegan food really delicious! The place looks amazing as well! We had the ‘chicken’ teriyaki wraps and the mushroom tosti’s. Fruit fashion drink to wash this away. Would highly recommend it! Vegan of non vegans all people will love this food. Oh.. and they have chocolade chip cookies!! #Veganuary

Best Coffee Ever! - Edit
Headed here for breakfast and ordered 2 smoothie bowls, a match delonga drink and a hot oat flat white. The smoothie were good - no different than any other smoothie bowl (on the expensive side). However, the hot oat milk flat white I had, although expensive, was probably one of the best coffees I have ever had… even in the UK!

We’re so happy to hear this was the best coffee you’ve ever had!!! Our baristas are beaming! Kappra sources ingredients from our pierside community wherever possible and our teas/coffees are ethically harvested from the North of Thailand, so we promise the cost of the coffee (although no more than a Starbucks) has gone to good use.

Really nice setting and food - Edit
The Acai bowls are unreal 👌🏼 ( i had the angel acai berry ) also had the nam tok mhoo yang wrap which was seriously spicy🥵 a bit too similar to meat for my liking but thats personal preference ! Also had the kappra cocoa which was 10/10 and got a free cha thai for spending over 800thb, also 10/10. Fine change from the surrounding not very vegan area 😅

Great little cafe in a quiet spot - Edit
First visit was great! We tried the Nam Tok Mhoo Yang on sourdough, Bom Bae Samosa wrap and Bibimbap on sourdough and everything was delicious. Lovely little cafe, everything decorated beautifully (even the bathroom!) Also some interesting street art outside. I was so keen to eat that I forgot to take lots of pictures of the food 🤦♀️ I took a choc chip cookie home...it was huge...I probably should have just eaten half...but I didn't 🙊 #noregrets
