Special high-end dinner experience - Edit
Small restaurant with one table (4 chairs) and otherwise seats at the counter. Actually authentic international cuisine.
Read moreIn Osaka as a vegan it is really hard to go to a 'special' restaurant for occasions like birthdays, graduation, or a formal meeting. This restaurant is perfect for such events since it has plenty of vegan options (courses even), a good selection of wines, a decent atmosphere and most importantly, it actually tastes amazing. You can tell the chef is a very experienced professional. For me, it's the best restaurant in Osaka, even better than チャクラ in Sakai.
We ordered Ukrainian Wareniki and a Salad as starters, Mexican Tacos and Russian Stroganov as mains. Everything was authentic and totally delicious.
Also had a chat with the owner who was very friendly.

This place is great for a fine dining like experience or a business dinner with a small group. The owner offers a personalized course menu. He understand the needs of vegans very well as he has experience cooking for international guest and his wife is vegetarian. Even the wine menu and drinks have labeled vegan choices.

Read moreMy friend and I shared the kabocha and walnut salad (which was a huge plate), the roasted cauliflower with vegan cream sauce (which we couldn't stop talking about), and then the African stew with variety of vegetables and soft spice (a really incredible, complex flavor profile).
The interior is modest, but this puts all the more emphasis on the food and wine (there are vegan wines on the menu too).
Perfect for a date, a long catch-up with a friend or a special family dinner.

特に湯葉と生麩のトリュフリゾットがヴィーガンと思えないほどコクがあって食感も楽しくて
今までリゾットはあまり好きでは無かったのですが、こちらのものは好物になりました。
デザートは菜食になってからちゃんとしたケーキをホールで食べられる日が来ると思って無かったのでとっても嬉しくて、涙が出そうでした…笑
お酒が好きなのでペアリングコースでお願いしましたが、お酒も全てヴィーガン対応なのにも感激です。
同行者は菜食ではなかったのですが
ヴィーガンコースと動物性のコースでの予約を受けて下さって有難かったです。
またマスターには人生相談にも沢山のって頂き、本当に素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました🎄
また記念日やお祝いは勿論、ランチも行ってみたいです。

Read moreヴィーガン対応のフルコースはなかなか無く、見つけたので誕生日にリクエストしノンベジの両親と伺いました。
普段野菜をあまり食べない両親も、種類の豊富さに感動し、どれも美味しい美味しいと食べていました。
内容は、例えば大豆ミートのように加工した食材が出てくるわけではなく、野菜や素材本来の味を活かしたお料理が並びます。
とっても量が多く、ヴィーガンだからといって満腹感がないという気持ちでいくとびっくりすると思います！！
気持ちもお腹も満足感のあるコースです。
シェフは有名ホテルのシェフを務め、世界を回ったと仰っていました。
日本風の味付けをした料理ではなく、本場の味を届けたいという思いをもって作られているとの事、とても素敵でした！！
お店はビルの３階にあり、急な階段がありますが、それを登ってでもまた行きたいお店です。
またリピートさせてください！
