Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese restaurant in Mira Mesa. Menu has a vegetarian rolls section with several items, like a rabbit food roll with tahini sauce and an eggplant roll. Also offers cooked food like noodle bowls where tofu can be ordered. Be sure to specify no egg, mayonaise, etc., just to be sure. Modern decor. Kitchen breaks from 2:30-5pm. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-2:30pm.

ask about vegan options, they’re able to make the fried rice vegan with tofu (make sure to ask for no butter and no egg). the rice was really good. i also got the cucumber avocado roll but it was absolutely tiny. i didn’t get a pic of it because it was so small i inhaled it

Good Food, Accommodating to Vegans - Edit
This is a good place, with some different vegan sushi items (including natto). The quality of the food is high, and they bring out a lot of wasabi to your table. While not all vegetarian items on the menu are vegan, they will be accommodating if you request something be made vegan. Wait staff is friendly. They could use a few more vegetarian/vegan main courses though. This place can be crowded at peak times.
