More vegetarian than vegan - Edit
Some vegetarian and vegan starters and only 1 vegan main (risotto). The zucchini croquettes starters had cheese inside. The remaining mains also use cheese. OK food but not many options for vegans.

Great food and service - very accommodating for vegans and vegetarians - Edit
Very tasty and authentic Greek food, made with fresh local ingredients, and good portion sizes. Warm, friendly service, and a lovely location (pretty and quiet, but still central), with plenty of outdoor seating.
Read moreThe menu options for vegans and strict vegetarians are quite limited (like most other restaurants in the area, they cater more for meat eaters), but there a few vegan options and the waiters were very helpful and accommodating - even serving the Greek salad with the feta in a separate side dish. We particularly loved the fava, the vegan croquette fritters and the vine leaves.
Pros: Very tasty vegan options, Very friendly and accommodating staff, Nice location/setting
Cons: Limited vegan main dishes on menu

Tasty and friendly staff - Edit
Filling and tasty vegetable risotto with mushrooms, zucchini, pepper etc. (not on the menu - just ask for it)
Read moreThe staff was easy to communicate with and adjust the dishes and come with a lot of suggestions for vegan - good at informing about extra waiting time and so on.
Calm and fine place - felt like higher standard than the most other restaurants nearby.
Pros: More than 5 options for veganizing
Cons: Waiting time - above or around 30 mins, Also serving meat and animal products

Delicious greek food in a quiet side street free of tourists - Edit
We were pleasently surprised by how well the waiting staff knew about what food is or can be made vegan. They were also super friendly and courteous. The prices were ok for a touristy area but the place itself is located in a nice and quiet side street away from most tourist traffic. We highly recommend this place.

ok - Edit
Not special, okay. Just plain dishes. The bread in the beginning was better than the main.

Good veggie options in Chania town centre - Edit
Although you can usually get a veggie dish or two in most Cretan restaurants, this place has a separate vegetarian menu with several dishes. The food was really nice, there is outdoor seating on a lovely little old town street, and the service was very friendly. The restaurant serves Greek food but also Serbian dishes, so as well as my vegetarian main course of saganaki vegetables, I had a delicious starter of ayvar, a dish of roasted red peppers.
