Small sushi bar and Japanese restaurant where vegans may order the following: seaweed salad, vegetable spring rolls, edamame, veggie skewers, teriyaki tofu & vegetable main dish with rice and salad, various sushi rolls, avocado tofu & green salad. Has veggie tempura but may be cooked in shared fryer. Note the green salad's oriental dressing is not vegan, and ask about the miso soup. Open Tue-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Fresh and balanced

Love the teriyaki tofu meal. A good amount of vegan options on the menu, and a cute and comfortable restaurant.

Tasty Japanese

When I visited on a Friday night the place was buzzing and busy with a bit of a wait for a table however the staff were working hard and pretty efficient. I can see why it was popular: the food was tasty. I enjoyed the edamame, seaweed nigiri, tofu and avocado salad and vegetarian roll with optional brown rice.
