Late night sushi - Edit
Kansai is open past midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 11:30 PM on other days making it a convenient choice if you're hungry late at night. They have a couple more vegetable options than the average sushi restaurant (such as the black mushroom roll), so I was happy with my experience here. When ordering I double check with staff and ask if there are any toppings such as fish egg, or fish sauces/broths that might make vegetable or tofu options not vegan.
