REMOVED: Kamukura
Serves meat, vegan options available. Vending style ramen shop where you purchase the ramen through a machine and then take it to the counter inside to be made. The machine has a clearly marked ramen bowl button called "vegetarian noodle no pork." When you're in Tokyo Shibuya and wish to have vegetarian/vegan ramen, this is an option. Also specializes in a soy broth and claims no fish stock is used either. APR 2016 REPORTED ALL RAMEN BROTH CONTAIN PORK. REMOVED.

very good ramen - Edit
the noodle soup was very good. you can choose the vegetarian soup and add toppings (corn, egg, additional onions, soda sprouts) or you can choose a normal soup and just say that you want it without pork.
Pros: very tasty
Cons: vegetarian is more expensive, it's cheaper to choo

Pork and Fish Free Ramen! - Edit
After searching for a while for ramen without pork or fish, I finally found this awesome ramen shop near Shibuya crossing. You order through the vending machine outside, and there's a vegetarian button. Just say "no pork" when you give them the ticket inside. The portions are huge, with a delicious soy sauce broth.
Pros: Affordable, Big Portions
Cons: Little English

decent ramen in the heart of Shibuya - Edit
Bustling ramen shop in the heart of Shibuya, this place offers a large bowl of ramen filled with tons of cabbage! You can make it spicy to your liking. You select the vegetarian option from the vending machine and then take the ticket inside. Make sure to say No Pork and they will be happy to make a big bowl of steamy vegetarian fish stock free ramen! It's not nearly as tasty as T's TanTan but it's a nice alternative especially if your in the Shibuya area with non veg friends who want ramen! It was very soy sauce and cabbage like. I think this type of ramen is considered Okinawa style.
Pros: convenient, affordable
