Bad food, rude staff - Edit
I ordered a veganized breakfast burrito, and my boyfriend ordered one of their 1 innately vegan option - the vegan sandwich.

Wonderful staff - great food! - Edit
Great staff that was very knowledgeable able making menu options vegan. The vegan veggie sandwich was so delicious - I opted for the sourdough bread in place of the gluten-free option - and healthy that I came back the next day for breakfast. The avocado toast was spectacular (just ask for it to be made without egg)!

Great Sandwich! - Edit
I would usually ask Happy Cow administrator to remove a business that only offers one vegan item, but the one item that this restaurant offers is really good! Pricey ($15), but that’s because you’re in a tourist destination. They used to offer more options, but with staffing challenges due to Covid, they can’t make substitutions. Not their fault!

Four stars for the staff - Edit
They have one vegan sandwich, which I haven’t tried yet (will update with pics when I do). I tried to order a vegan breakfast bowl, their cook came out to specifically let me know the potatoes are cooked in bacon fat, so he was willing to adjust by adding cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce to the black bean salsa and avocado. It was good, not great, essentially an over priced small salad ($11). But I genuinely appreciate the staff for being so honest and accommodating!

Does the Trick - Edit
As with most things here, you’ve got limited vegan options; I like that they have healthy and filling things, like a quinoa salad or veggie sandwiches. Somewhat small portions for the price, but it’s also part of being at a tourist spot. Staff were very friendly!
