Clearly labeled vegan options - Edit
The food was good too. I had the vegan age (deep fried) set meal for $18. The soup in the description reads pork, but it can be made vegan. Just specify that you want a vegan set meal.

Quick and yummy - Edit
Gyoza was yummy, especially with the sauce. I mixed a little chili oil, and it was delicious. The cold spicy tofu was food, too

Vegan Gyoza - Edit
Don’t pass this up if you’re in Little Tokyo! There is a vegan Impossible Gyoza option. You can get either just gyoza or a gyoza bento. I got the latter, which comes with additional spaghetti, rice, a spring roll, and edamame. The price was pretty good as well! ($13) there is seating behind the register for in-house dining, or you can buy your food to-go.

Really good gyoza - Edit
The filling they use for the impossible gyoza is delicious and very classic. I had the age (fried) gyoza and their yaki gyoza. Both are cooked perfectly. The bento is a nice light meal to eat and not too pricey (around $13). They have a few sauce options that are marked vegan. I will definitely be coming back.

The pan fried gyoza was delicious. There are plenty of vegan sauces to choose from. The bento is also pretty good.
