Long-standing vegetarian restaurant which will accommodate vegans and has different menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Offering all in-house made pastas, pizzas, and tofu and tofu cheeses. Mostly organic and they grow some of their own produce. Supports local groups, mainly women and green initiatives, and had a large event space. Has a small store attached selling some of the products they make like breads, some vegan crackers, herbs, and apple cider vinegar. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:30pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm.

Delicious

This place is awsome because it make alot of the traditional Salvadorean dishes vegeterian or vegan. It has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is really nice. They also have a little boutique with interesting local herbs etc.

Pros: Great tasting food, Moderately priced, Good variety

Cons: Eggs

Ok but not many choices

Seems to be a vegetarian restaurant. They have a few meat substitute dishes.

The menu is obviously in Spanish but none of their staff can speak English which made life a little difficult. After a few "sin huevo, sin lactosa"s, they got the picture.

but not many main course dishes to choose from. Seems to be mainly Italian style, which seems odd for a Latin American restaurant.

Price I thought was reasonable, but I don't have much experience in this country to compare it with.

Pros: Veggie restaurant, Clean

Cons: Not much choice

Decent Selection

This is a decent vegetarian restaurant--though deep in a residential neighborhood at the west end of town. I went for dinner, and they didn't have the buffet then (just for lunch), but they still had pupusas (some of which can be made vegan), veggieburgers, tamales, tacos (Salvadoran style), fruit juices, etc.

Pros: has vegan options, friendly staff

Cons: a bit out of the way, a little expensive
