Entweder kann man eine fertige Bowl essen oder eine selbst zusammenstellen. Als vegane Alternativen sind Falafel oder Tofu vorhanden. Alle Soßen sind vegan.

I love Poké bowls. They’re as healthy as you want them to be and preferably contain lots of plant protein in the form of tofu, edamame and peanuts.

For the base, you get to choose between sushi rice, greens and zucchini sticks. There’s various mix ins, toppings, marinades for the tofu and sauces, of which only the wasabi is not vegan - all other sauces and marinades are marked with a V.
The portions are pretty large, and I appreciate that the vegan bowls are cheaper than the ones with fish. The sauces are good, but the tofu would maybe be better if it was fried, baked or seasoned somehow.
