Went here for the first time very excited about a second veg place in Torrevieja!! The savoury food tasted absolutely amazing, best we’d had on the holiday. The lack of vegan options for dessert was disappointing and the rice pudding that we had left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed a bit confused about things and even mopped the floor around us with bleach while we were eating, and spray perfume all around the restaurant, very strange. Hopefully they get the hang of things and the place survives as the food was amazing!!

Many vegan options - Edit
Few items are marked as vegan, but many of the others can be made vegan upon request. The falafels were recommended to us and they were absolutely amazing and worth a visit in themselves. The ramen and the apple cake was also good. I would not recommend the thai noodles.

Despite this being a lacto-ovo-vegetarian place, almost the entire menu could be made vegan.
Read moreI ordered some falafels as a starter. Now I'm afraid to ever order falafels again, because these were the best I've ever had. Hot, spicy, savoury on a bed of velvety hummus. Yum!
The ramen was so comforting and perfectly balanced.
The dessert was both refreshing and sweet, apple crumble and a fig jam.

Pedimos la opción vegana del menú de noche y nos encantó. Nos gustaron especialmente el tartar y el falafel. Este último era casero y tenía un toque especial. El curry verde con un toque de picante estaba espectacular.

Vegan items are not marked and they found it difficult to make the dishes vegan. We could only get a few drinks.

El local y la ubicación son excelentes. Tienen terraza también. Muy recomendable reservar con antelación, puesto que está teniendo muy buena acogida. Nosotras fuimos un sábado a mediodía y a la media hora ya estaba lleno y gente de paso se paraban a preguntar pero ya no había mesa. Cómo persona vegana que vive en Torrevieja, estoy deseando que abran más negocios como este, porque aquí apenas tenemos opciones. Afortunadamente en Kaizen casi toda la carta es vegana, y si no, veganizable sin problema. Todo lo que pedimos estaba realmente rico. Disfrutamos mucho, y precios asequibles, para la elaboración de los platos y estar en una de las principales avenidas céntricas. Muy buen ambiente. Repetiré en cuanto pueda!

Such a lovely place! They have a menu with starter, main course and dessert for 15€ which is so good! Nearly everything is vegan. The food is fresh and tastes incredible. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well. We will be back for sure!

Hemos venido por primera vez, nos ha encantado. El trato con el cliente, la decoración, el ambiente y sobretodo la comida están hechos con cariño. Es un restaurante pequeño y acogedor, un lugar que echábamos de menos en Torrevieja. Recomendado 100%.
