Great food bad service - Edit
Had maybe the best ramen of my life here but it didn’t come with the vegan meat or vegan egg, they didn’t tell us they didn’t have this while ordering - I mentioned it and they gave us 5$ off which is fair.

A few of the things on the vegan menu weren’t available but the things that were available were delicious. The tofukatsu was incredible. My gf had some sushi, I don’t remember which one. Very good though. I had the mushroom ramen, yum!

Pros: Nice ambiance, great drinks, separate vegan menu.
Read moreCons: Service was inconsistent, some servers were attentive while others were not. They are removing some items from the vegan menu, only one ramen dish was available, and the pad Thai is not even vegetarian, although it is promoted as such (it contains oyster sauce).

Legitimate vegan menu with solid food - Edit
Cool ambiance and truly have a vegan menu with many options for vegan patrons. We got the dumplings, edamame, the tantanmen ramen dish and the vegan spicy tuna crispy rice roll. Food and drinks were very good. Great service. Highly recommend.

We were inside at first if we were going to the right place. The door was not marked in English but in kanji from the outside. Look for the backlight art door and head down the dark stairs to find the coolest noodle bar!!

Impressive craft and good service - Edit
There is a full vegan menu as of March ‘24, definitely not just as an afterthought. We got the ‘tuna’ crispy rice (tuna made with chickpeas) which was creative and fun to eat, and two of the ramens, which came with vegan hard boiled eggs that appear to have been made in-house. The flavors of everything were complex and cohesive. The cocktails are also creative and enjoyable. Also the decor is pretty fun, expect dim, colored lighting and gothic vibes in a basement. Staff were extremely friendly.
