The Spanish version of Willy Wonka - Edit
This is probably my favorite spot in Madrid. A chocolate junkie and we always visit all the chocolate shops we can around the world when we are on holiday. Employee was friendly proficient and spoke fluent English and explained every bit of the chocolate process. Tons of free samples and of course we walked out with a chocolate. Highly recommended.

El mejor chocolate que jamás haya probado en mi vida. Además tienen dátiles medjool rellenos de maravillas como anarcardos y recubiertos de chocolate. El dueño y el chico que me atendió son majísimos, de verdad lo recomiendo!!!

Small shop with basic chocolate. I think there was a small tour in there at that the same time as me, so maybe it's popular with others? Give it a try, just know that the selection is very small.
