Vegan bacon egg & cheese is the BOMB - Edit
Got a vegan bacon egg & cheese sandwich and it was delicious!!! There were also some vegan vanilla matcha donut hearts (the matcha was a creamy filling) and that was incredible. Love that there’s free coffee refills when dining in as well!

Delicious breakfast!! - Edit
It’s so nice having some good vegan breakfast options! I got the vegan egg and cheese with vegan bacon. 10/10. Also got the orange donut and pumpkin donut. All their alternative milks are house made as well! I highly recommend it. (Also free parking 😆)

Great service, good choices - Edit
The breakfast sandwich was good. I was curious to try the vegan bacon, they were out but apologetic and kind. Lots of plant milk choices. Doughnuts are served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and I couldn't make it. I've had their donuts before and they're a fave of mine. They had two muffin choices and both were tasty. Good tea selection.

Would Give 5 Stars If Happy Cow Let Me - Edit
I’m so happy I found this place! Coffee and vegan donuts are my jam, and that’s what this place has. I also got the breakfast sammy and my boyfriend and I sat in the outdoor seating area while we got to use their public wifi. Super friendly staff, and absolutely delicious coffee and grub, go here!!

Had a little hammy sammy, it was cool but really just a little nibble. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day people. Don’t be stingy.

GET. THE. DONUTS. Got a strawberry banana donut (sounds meh, but was honestly the best vegan donut I have had).

I would give it 5 stars for the donuts, but the app won’t let me give 5 stars without the place being fully vegan

Great breakfast sando - Edit
We really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich with spinach. Unfortunately they’re not carrying mock ham right now—the proprietor said he wasn’t able to charge enough to break even on it, but he’s looking for a new distributor. Can’t say I missed it though!

Breakfast Experience - Edit
Came here as our last stop in Pittsburg before heading back to Canada from a weekend stay. It was exactly what we needed. Felt like a little local hub of the town on a Sunday morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast sandwich was so good and my latte was spot on! Would definitely return.

Great breakfast ! - Edit
The breakfast sandwiches we probably the best we ever had. The vegan ham and seitan steak were thick and delicious. The coffee was so good with oat milk that we took seconds to go.

Amazing food!!! - Edit
I would give 5 stars if I could. It seems pretty much like a fully vegan place to me. Anything they have can be made vegan. I got the vegan egg and ham Sammy and it was delish! The ham was super thick and the cheese was melty not sticky. And the oat milk latte was fabulous

Alright - Edit
I've only eaten here once and got the vegan reuben with an iced matcha latte. The latte was pretty good! The reuben however was mostly, like an inch thick of sauerkraut with very little seitan. The seitan and reuben sauce did taste good though so I would definitely like to give it another try!

Best vegan egg sandwich! So flavorful and packed with tofu egg. Oat milk latte was delicious with great coffee flavor. Wish I had a coffee shop like this back home. Husband got the vegan egg sandwich with sausage which was just as delicious!

This is a place made for me. Fantastic coffee, one of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve had, awesome artwork and leftist aesthetic, and a killer record store above the cafe? I will always go to Kairbur when in Pittsburgh.

Nice find - Edit
Simple coffee shop with star wars-punk-metal-skate vibes in a quiet neighborhood. Menu has a few breakfast options which can easily be made vegan. Only non vegan products are eggs and cheese. Folks were super nice and the breakfast sandwich was quite good; enough for two people.

Vegan donuts and breakfast!!! - Edit
The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. There are lots of plants and animal-themed art. I got a tofu scramble and a chocolate-peanut donut. Both delicious! I want to go back for more donuts 😍 The donut almost tasted healthy, because of how fresh it was. Also, the rye bread is great! My cousins got the avocado toast, which they gave a great review!

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon while looking for a study spot. Lots of seating, friendly staff, free wifi. The man working was very knowledgeable about vegan options.
Read moreI tried the vegan banh mi and the vegan Kaibur bagel. The banh mi was excellent, better than the others I've tried in Pittsburgh. The vegenaise was a nice touch. I wasn't as big of a fan of the bagel, didn't like the taste of the vegan cream cheese. I'll have to return to try the pastries.
It was great to have a study spot with so many vegan food options.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Reasonable prices, Friendly staff
