Best vegan sushi in town, More vegan items than indicated - Edit
This chain of three restaurants in Zurich tops the other Sushi places. There is a wide selection of excellent vegan sushi and during lunchtime, for 26.- you get a vegan sushi combo that includes a starter (edamame is marked vegan, miso is unmarked but vegan) and dessert (chocolate mochi and mago yuzu sorbet are vegan but unmarked).
