Serves meat, vegan options available. A small café in one of the oldest buildings in Lahti city center. Serves all kinds of sweet and salty house-made Finnish pastries including some vegan and gluten-free. Has a wide variety of organic coffees and teas. From autumn to winter, serves a fully vegan soup lunch with bread and dessert. The soup differs every day. In the summertime, there are waffles for lunch. There's also fully vegan and gluten-free freshly made smoothies and raw cakes. The interior of the café resembles an old Finnish wooden house. There's also a small yard for dining. Open Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00, Sat 09:00-18:00, Sun 10:00-17:00.

Cute and delicious

Friendly service, very cute cafe with great outdoor seating. I had the savoury spinach waffle which was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Not recommended

Horrible service and doesn't follow basic hygiene instructions. They have 1 sweet option for vegans.

During covid-19, I watched waiter using her hands on her nose, then taking peace of cake with those same hands and offered it to the customer. For another customer she was speaking so loudly, her spit hit the cake.

I asked about covid-19 from her as there were no safety measures in the cafe area, she got angry and started yelling at me how there is no covid-19 in Lahti (in autumn 2020). Another waiter came from kitchen but didn't say anything so I assume she agreed with the other one.
