Wow so cool

I did the entire tour, so I ate fresh cacao, watched some presentations on the history of chocolate, sampled a bunch of their chocolates, and made my own bar. It was a lot of fun and I took a bunch of things home with me. They make a vegan chocolate macadamia spread that is amazing!

One thing to add, it was a little confusing working out what exactly was vegan and what wasn't. They do sell a lot of non vegan products, but most things are vegan and made with almond milk

Cons: Not 100% vegan

Delicious truffles!

The chocolate truffles are delicious. We bought salted caramel, macadamia, and whiskey. They also sell chocolate porter and a pistachio cream alcohol made with almond milk. Mostly vegan products and labeled too (including vegan milk chocolate).

Really good expérience mailing my own vegan chocolate

From the initial customer service to the actual workshop of making your own chocolate bar with your topping and the Cafe part. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back, prices were really decent too and the chocolate was so good. (they have white chocolate made from almond milk in form of a spoon), I also had the salted caramel dark chocolate and bliss bowl. So good!

Vegan chocolate selection

Such a cool place, you can make your own chocolate or watch how other people make their own chocolate for free. You find a selection of vegan chocolates in the shop as well. We wanted to go back an buy one after we explored the city but I forgot it. So I bought one at the airport. It’s so delicious BUT buy them in the shop, not at the airport. 😅 I payed 8$ for one and if the shop it’s 1-2$ I think.

Cons: Don’t buy it at the airport

Unforgettable experience

I am of Swiss origin, and I know lots of kinds of chocolates, but I never tasted chocolates as good as these. I prefer the dark 55% cacao chocolate. Not bitter, not too sweet, not greasy, very, very fine. This comes from long 'conching', how the process is called. It may cost some pesos more than common chocolate but it's more than worth it.
A visit in the museum is mandatory, I'm still amazed.
6 stars.
