The tour group I was with had a dinner booked for us elsewhere that didn’t end up coming through on the vegan options.. the baths were our next stop and I was hungry and so grateful for this delicious hot soup! The baths were amazing and we saw the aurora borealis!

Could be better, but better than nothing in the middle of nowhere - Edit
Have been there in the evening (6pm, open is till 10pm) and the shop was a little looted. Got the last vegan bagel and the last cinnamon bun (Franzbrötchen).

The bagel was ok, but its a little cheeky. It was proven with mayo, cucumber and tomato. Nothin more, nothin less. It saturated, but wasn't yummy. The cinnamon bun was really good!
All in all, you will find something to eat in the middle of nowhere and the tubs are nice. With a cute poolbar.

Great Vegan Snacks & Light Eats - Edit
Pleasantly surprised by the vegan options at the Myvatn Nature Baths! There’s more than enough to have a full meal and dessert. They can also make drinks with non-dairy milk. Seating area is open and has a great view of the baths.
