Nice cafe! - Edit
Nice cafe, delicious coffee and some great food options. You can create your own (vegan) breakfast bagel, they also have an amazing vegan chocolate cake and banana muffin. Would recommend it.

They don't really have many vegan options and everything that is marked as "vegan possible" is not possible to be made vegan (for example the sandwich, the frappés...). They also charge 500-600 rupees for soy and almond milk without telling you.
Read moreIt's nice if you are craving something sweet, but the coffee was water, the mango-banana smoothie didn't have much flavour... The cake was okay, but not the best I've had.

Lovely cafe with baked goodies! - Edit
Lovely cafe with great coffee ( alternative mylks) and several vegan baked goods. When I was there they had a vegan chocolate cake, date bar, almond cookie, and a banana muffin. Only had the chocolate cake which was so delicious. It hasn’t been the easiest finding Western-style vegan baked goods in Sri Lanka in general so this was incredibly refreshing.

Note: the name and address have changed; Google Maps redirects to Kaffi Colombo. However, the chocolate cake still looks the same as pictured in one of the reviews. Blueberry and banana muffin was ok, and so was the cookie, even if it was a bit too reminiscent of Almond biscotti for my liking. Still, a solid option among only a handful of places in Colombo that offer baked vegan goods.

Best Vegan Cake in Sri Lanka - Edit
Perhaps it’s a bit subjective to make that statement, but the vegan chocolate cake was the best vegan cake we tried during our travels around Sri Lanka! Excellent coffee too!

Close enough to the centre to be walkable, but also set back from the busy street. They have a nice, AC indoor section, as well as outdoor seating.
I can’t give more than 4 stars because they’re not veggie.
