Absolute gem away from the capital - Edit
Cute little cafe with a wide range of vegan / plant based food available, from soups and pacakes, to burgers and "kebap" wraps, to cakes. Visited twice with a bunch of friends and tried almost everything on the menu - and we were really impressed with everything we tried. The service from the owner and the staff was very friendly.

Easternmost Vegan place in the country - Edit
A very nice and calm place by the river. The coffee shop is entirely plant based and they serve coffee, drinks and also a variety of lunch options that i’ve enjoyed a lot. 👍

Lovely place in Pļaviņas - Edit
Very modern cafe with a scenic view towards river Daugava! We had the lentil soup and spicy Thai soup - they were delicious, good portion size (not too big)! Many desert and cake options and great coffee! Cafe serves also some snacks and cocktails and offers coffee, tea and local gifts to buy! Definitely worth the visit - we combined the cafe visit with a walk along the river Daugava!
