Surprising find - Edit
I mean... how surprised can you really be when Happy Cow once again directs you straight to vegan goodness, but this place just feels surprising in the middle of Tinkers Alley. Someone else called it a bit hipster, and I agree completely - it would be perfectly at home in any major city.
Read moreThe drinks menu is both Serbian and English, but make sure to ask for the English version of the food menu. Lots of vegetarian options (but be careful that it includes a couple of items with salmon), and a couple of vegan options, including a tofu scramble with beetroot hummus at the time of writing. It's a small list, but they're all really interesting options, and the veggie pancakes on the table next to me looked particularly enticing.
It's a great fit-out, and the playlist at the time I visited was absolutely brilliant.
Pros: Interesting vegan options, Expansive list of veggie options, Great fit out, in an awesome location

Decent options clearly labeled - Edit
Vegetarian and vegan food is clearly labeled. English menu available.
Read moreIt's kinda a hipster place with 2 floors (one smoking, the other one not - it didn't make a difference though, you could smell the smoke anyway) and a terrasse. Toilet and free wifi available. Staff could speak English. Creditcards accepted.
They have porridge, french fries and sourdough bread with scrambled tofu. The latter was not available when I went there, so I got the sweet potato fries. They were crispy and salty.
Pros: Everything clearly labeled
Cons: Smoking allowed inside, Not everything available when I went

Great cafe - Edit
Really nice drink options, I had the iced matcha latte. And a few vegan options on the menu, I went for the avocado on toast which was very different to what I was expecting but so good.

Excellent coffee and food - Edit
The coffee is really delicious and the selection of vegan food is pretty good (even better for vegetarians). I had the vegan oatmeal, which was really more of a cold porridge (which may not sound great, but it was super tasty) and I also tried the Avocado & Hummus Tartine, which was also delicious.
Read moreSuper friendly staff and a great spot for relaxing, reading, meeting friends or people watching in the historic Tinkers Alley (Kazandžijsko Sokače).
