2 stars for being a very cozy place. Foodwise, there are not a lot of vegan options, the vegan quiche we ordered wasn‘t vegan, and the smoothie bowl was bad (very watery, not cold, no good taste and expensive).

I was a bit sad they didn’t do all day breakfast, hehe. The smoothie bowl was alright but coffee was great! I’ve also ordered home delivery from them and they were delivered great service and were super sweet on WhatsApp telling me when the driver was on his way.

They offer so many vegan options that it was hard for me to decide what to eat. At the end I ordered the Kafe Soba Plate and it was totally yummy. It comes with a big selection of vegetables and soba noodles. My friend had a vegan wrap and liked it a lot. Service is a bit slow and prices expensive but still affordable.

Cool spot in a wooden style, nice seating, also outside. A lot of space and many tables. Several vegan options for a reasonable price. Huge variety of smoothies and juices. Also wine and cocktails. Nice staff.

Such a cute place in the Center of Ubud. The staff is great and the food was amazing. Great variety of juices and smoothies too! They also have some traditional Balinese dishes like bubur injin😄

Overpriced. Underwhelming. They were out of avocado, sweet potato chips and one other thing. I “super sized” my fries but didn’t appear larger than usual. Too much black pepper on the jackfruit wrap, GF bread was too thick for the vegan patty, couldn’t taste anything but pineapple in my juice.

One of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Ubud so far. We had their vegan burger (super nice, on the light/ smaller side), Mexican bowl (really tasty too, I wished it had more vegan cheese & sour cream).

The place itself has 2 floors, we sat on the top "rooftop" which was nice but be aware people smoke there

Kafe is located on Hanoman Street and is a very popular meeting point for visitors as well as expats. Also, sister café of The Garden Kafe of The Yoga Barn. Every day from 8 till 11 they serve healthy food with vegan options.
Read moreThey are big on environment: they encourage people to use less plastic bags and sell items made out of recycled material at their very own shop called Kafe Kares along with organic food, Kafe mugs and health products. Certain percentage of Kafe Kares’ profit goes to charity across Indonesia. Even the furniture here and fittings made from recycled wood! These people are dead serious when it comes to environment.
Back to food business, Peoples. I have had many meals at Kafe but my favourite dish is Tempeh Cashew Nut Curry. It comes with red rice.
