The best place in southern Sweden!! - Edit

This is the coziest and yummiest place when visiting southern Sweden! In Skåne, Ystad, home of the fictional character Wallander among cobblestones and quaint houses in the old part of the town, you can find the cafe Helsa På. The staff is super friendly, accommodating all vegans visiting this lovely place. They have a vegan/vegetarian buffet, and they are happy to show you whats vegan. They make raw cakes and raw balls that are so good. A must visit when in beautiful Ystad. We love this place!

Best vegan buffet in south of Sweden - Edit

Me and my wife have come here on a regular basis for lunch during the past two summers. It is a fantastic buffet when it comes to subtle tastes and colours and the mix of fresh salads, rich red lentils, the best humus I have ever tasted and green beans, spicy soups, home made bread and cakes to die for. The athmosphere is very friendly with personnel that are very professional in the kitchen and at the same time have the ability to share and show their love for food with the customers. The 1600th century building with a cosy and calm sheltered yard in the middle of the Hansa-middle-age town of Ystad is contributing to the experience.

Pros: subtle and tasty food, colourful highly professional personnell, athmosphere of 1600th century house

Cons: closes at 5 pm and buffet at 3 pm, not open on Sunday and Monday, could have open at night as well please
