cozy place - Edit
A nice place to sit and eat something small, but I have to admit that the vegan cheese sandwich disappointed me a little. It’s tasty, but I expected something better. But the vegan carrot cake was delicious. I just want to warn you that the cream on it is very sweet.😉

Tasty and cute little spot - Edit
So I'm torn between giving this place three or four stars, but I think I'll be nice and round up. It's cute, they have vegan grilled cheese sandwiches (it says they have vegan pizzas in the description, but we were here like two months ago and I don't remember that being the case?), and it has a nice little outdoor sitting area. But the grilled cheese (at least mine) was basically just two pieces of bread with a bit of vegan cheese, so it felt a bit overpriced for what it was, and... yeah, I mean, basically, it's good, but there are a couple other places that I'd recommend first.

Utrolig god toast og suppe 👌😁 meg og min sønn går ofte på chaos når vi skal ha oss en kjapp og sunn lunsj. De pleier og å ha veldig gode kaker og cookies der. Ikke minst 7fjell på tapp.

Laid back - Edit
Laid back cafe with great atmosphere for a rainy day in Bergen and they also get sun when it's out. Good prices for good toast or vegan soup compared to others in the area. Nice place to see or meet Norwegian students since it's right by the university and they also have a great variety of local beers.

Grilled cheese and Quiz night - Edit
I intentionally went here to get a vegan pizza. The only vegan option available at the time was a vegan grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich was really good and served together with some rucola. I finished up with a vegan chocolate cake, which was very good. During my stay people were very friendly, an older man introduced himself and shaked my hand no 5 minutes after I sat down. I was also invited to a quiz, which was in Norwegian unfortunately, but they promised to have some English quizzes in the future.

Favorite vegan meal in Bergen! - Edit
My husband and I just each ordered a double vegan grilled cheese, cafe americano, and shared a cookie. This was both of our favorite meal in Bergen. The grilled cheese was perfectly toasted, the vegan cheese was nice and melted, had some scallions inside, and came with a side of arugula, carrots, and two cornichons. The chocolate cookie was nice but a little plain but when I dipped it in coffee it was amazing! They have free WiFi, a take a book leave a book shelf, and generally really nice vibe. The woman working there was very nice too. I tried to leave 5 stars but I guess it’s not allowed for not fully veg places. Also, very close to the excellent Kode art museums.

Unexpected vegan find on quiet university street - Edit
I happened to walk past this cafe and noticed their menu board listing vegan options. I ordered the vegan grilled cheese (single, double option available for a bit more) which was served with arugula and carrot salad on the side. Service was friendly and the place was very quiet (I was there about 8pm on a Tuesday evening, they are open until 10pm). Inexpensive prices compared to other places I’ve eaten in Bergen. It’s with the short walk up the hill (and the university neighborhood is lovely)!
