Unique veggie sushi - Edit
I tried the Veggie Set last night. The nigiri options served in it are quite good and unique. I haven’t had these particular pickled/fermented vegetables before, and they were a treat. The Popeye roll that’s included is very boring, so I’d skip that and perhaps order the rolls individually. DEFINITELY recommend the gyoza

The under-the-radar menu item you HAVE TO try: the Veggie Dolsot. ⭐️ Served in a ‘dolsot’ or hot stone bowl, it’s a sizzling hot bowl full of rice, assorted veggies, bean sprouts, tofu and spicy sauce (make sure to tell them to leave off the fried egg to make it vegan). As the bowl cools, the rice gets crispy and caramelized as you eat it (HEAVEN. 🤤) TIP: Ask for the gyoza sauce with your dolsot bowl!

The menu is not marked for vegan options, so make sure you ask your server for help ordering vegan. Options include the gyoza (vegan by default), veggie tempura, veggie sushi rolls, veggie dolsot bowl and more.
I tried the Veggie Sushi Set the last time we went in and was impressed! Everything was super fresh and delicious, and the Japanese pickled veggie rolls (Oshinko and Kampyo) blew me away!! Beware: Make sure you request no Tamago (egg) roll in your set. They will replace it for a vegan roll of your choice.
Pros: Delicious, fresh, authentic food
Cons: Gets super crowded on weekend nights - long wait!, Menu not marked for vegan options
