Great flavor - Edit
Jurassic Cart has several vegan options. I tried four sides: sweet potato, cauliflower rice, seasonal veg, and cabbage salad. It's all delicious, but this cart is paleo, so vegan paleo is just fruit and veggies, which isn't too filling.
