Wow! You must put JB on your itinerary - Edit

Cute restaurant. Great vibe. All food is made from scratch, even the vegan aoili. I'm very satisfied with my meal, and my meat eating family is as well. Yum!

Pros: Several vegan options , Delicious homemade food, Lovely staff

Cons: Kids might find the menu to be too unusual

Delicious vegan options - Edit

The vegan options were clearly marked on the menu. I had vegan alcapurria, and it was so good! The vegan cauliflower risotto was so flavorful, and the vegan tembleque with passion fruit and coconut was sublime. They even had vegan coquito at Christmas time! Lots of fun cocktails too!

So much flavor! - Edit

We were looking for a different specific restaurant but in wandering the street, came across the pink neon sign outside, displaying Jungle Bird. Spoke to the incredibly friendly server and discovered they have several vegan options for dinner. We both enjoyed two cocktails through the night and I was pleased with the appetizer - sort of a Puerto Rican croqueta. Then I had the cauliflower rice risotto with roasted cauliflower and mushrooms atop. This dish had SO MUCH FLAVOR. I was astounded.
