Small food stand right in front of Puerta No. 9 of UdG Campus 'La Normal' serving Italian food. Sells pizza with vegan cheese made of cauliflower that can be customized as you wish. Usually open during daytime but currently has no official hours. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-6:00pm.

Basically pizza without cheese

It's a nice pizza, but they don't have cauliflower cheese, it's just cauliflower and you have the vegan pizza without the cheese. It's nice pizza and only 45 pesos but not really anything exciting.
