Delicious pizza, but not great 1st impression - Edit

As recent vegans, we were excited to find a vegan pizzeria. From the outside this place looks like a complete dive, and the fact that they are remodelling didn't help.

Their menu was up on a computer screen which was turned towards us for better viewing, but still awkward. The base pizza prices are incomplete on the menu, just a price for 1/4 or 1/2 pizza but the full pizza price was not listed, nor was it just "1/2 pizza times 2". All toppings are listed separately which is a pain. We ordered vegan garlic bread sticks and a large vegan pizza, for a total price of $39!!!!! We thought there was a math error and when we questioned it, we were made to feel as if we'd done something wrong! Service was very slow, but the pizza was at least good. The bread sticks were a bit dry and we had to pay for marinara sauce, after a discussion from the chef about all of the special herbs and olive oil used on it...it tasted fine, just too dry.

Pros: Lots of vegan options to choose from, sauce was delicious! cheese was yummy too!

Cons: pricey, slow service, decor/view from street unappealing

best vegan authentic italian pizza - Edit

So many choices of healthy crusts, Authentic cook (delicious!), gluten-free no problem, if you're there during a slow time the owner is very friendly (creative conversation, let me use his computer which may account for the previous review). Love it!

Pros: healthy options, authentic, delicious

Cons: confirm orders, decor

Gluten Free Vegan - Edit

This place has an acquired taste; not just for its pizza, but for the environment, the ambiance.

they have super yummy pizza. I went there sober, and went to Baltic Room next door for some drinking and dancing, and came back for a 2nd round of pizza. It is some good stuff! Cheesy, thin crust, and good tomato sauce. Calzones are even yummy. Fortunately they have coffee and creamer. So we could end it with a great cup of coffee. I've had good thin crust pizza.... the cheese, I love it!
But if you love pizza, this joint is for you and your friends! It closes at 3am....awesome!

Pros: excellent food, organic, Vegan friendly

Cons: healthy, Gluten free friendly, tastefull

kindlizard hey now, just wanted to give some feedback. first, as your name is the same as the cafe, it seems like you may be the owner. it may come across better if you use the reviews to introduce yourself and your cafe than to give a thinly veiled review. no one will read the review and think that it is a real customer, but if you introduced yourself here by saying what vegan items you have and so forth, it would seem more genuine and informative. second, the listing says that reservations are required, and that you are raw, two things that seem to be false, at least I never heard of a raw pizza place that needs reservations. anyhow, food for thought, and will stop-by next time on 15th. also, the link to the website doesn't work.
