Lots of great vegan options! - Edit
They have lots of labelled vegan options on the menu including fried tofu, cauliflower bites, and two po’boys. Both po’boys are great! The disco fries were amazing too! They also have fun seasonal cocktails.

Disco fries were fabulous! - Edit
My husband and I both loved the vegan disco fries. The gravy was fantastic, the flavor was incredible, and the jalapenos were nice and fresh. We got the buffalo cauliflower po boy with sweet potato fries and the tofu po boy with vegan Cole slaw! Both were great. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio. This was such a good find!

Amazing Vegan Po' Boys! - Edit
I live over 90 minutes from Ellensburg, but I think I'd drive that distance just for their Nashville Hot Cauliflower Po' Boy sandwich! So incredibly good! I've been there twice and although they have several other vegan options (Yay!), I love this sandwich so much I can't order anything else. It's also a very nice atmosphere, outside seating if you want it, and they make delicious cocktails too. What's not to love?

Unexpected find - Edit
There were several different vegan and gluten free options. I got the Disco fries which had cheddar and gravy and charred green onion.
