Stupid rules - Edit
Although they have a couple of vegan options, after I got coffee I asked if they could refill my water bottle. The answer was: no sorry I can't, I was told off once, I believe it's to increase sales of plastic bottles.

Bad attitude - Edit
Bought coffee and asked for soya milk, no soya milk, oh well. I've asked if I can have my portable bottle refilled with tap water and the answer was NO. Apparently management refuses to refill water bottles so that people are forced to buy overpriced plastic bottles. It's 2019,please review your policy!
