Vegan options in a rail car! - Edit
Tonight we visited Jubilee Railroad Park and enjoyed dinner in the patio adjacent to their dining rail car. We came because I saw their menu online which listed several vegan options. The food was delicious, the staff knew what vegan meant and suggested items or substitutions as needed, and my dog was able to join us. I was impressed and will be back!
