One dish, but tasty and friendly - Edit
Using the translator on my phone was easy and the woman was friendly and thorough in checking and explaining ingredients. The result was that there was only one dish suitable - cold soba with grated radish. But it was delicious and she was kind, and I appreciated it!

You shouldn't have high expectations. There is a vegan dish, cold soba with soy sauce.

Limited but satisfying - Edit
They don't have any vegan soup for the soba, they did agree to give me soy sauce instead. They also have vegetable tempura which was a good portion and good price, everything was delicious. Just bear in mind you have some explaining to do. Nothing vegan apart from the above.
