喜悅吧, at 北市濟南路一段321號, is a small vegan bar on the business college campus. Offers rice, noodles, sandwich, pizza toast, bagel burgers, and snack foods. Most bread and sauce is made-in-house by the owner. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm. Open only during school semester plus summer til September.

Vegan and cheap in taipei! - Edit
The staff were very helpful pointing out which meals my partner (celiac) could eat. The meals were very well priced - the mushroom pizza was a bit weird (Asian interpretation) but the curry was ok! Good for snacks and cakes. Good stop for value vegan food. It's located in one of the four corners of the campus near the basketball courts. It's tucked away a bit so look for an outdoor area with chairs

This place is an fantastic vegan find. It's significantly cheaper than just about every other vegan place I know. The food is pretty good and there are quite a few options to try.

Small bar inside the University . A large Kind of food to choise . Very Good burgers, dumplings and pizza . Everything is vegan And so delicious And cheap . The owner is so nice And friendly . The best place to eat vegan !

I used google map to search the place and I asked teacher who works for the university,but he doesn't know joy bar. I couldn't find it.

Best vegan food Made with love - Edit
Small And very nice place in the University . Very friendly and helpfull owner and staff. The food is so delicious and tasty . The burger and the dumplings are amazing . And it s so cheap . If you are in Taipei you can't miss it . They really make everything with love and compassion for animals.

Nice snacks - Edit
Finally a vegan snack/sandwich place! They are quite rare in Taipei. The sandwichs are very good. Only 30 ntd. Perfect for a day hike or when you know you'll be far away from vege restaurants. The guy who works there is very nice, he gave me some extra sandwiches and tea a few times. The sushi rolls are also good. If you're from North America, you'll probably be deceived by the bagels, really not what we are used to. They also have some warm food. Everything is very cheap.

Nice Snacks & Very Friendly! - Edit
We went there and had some snacks - a bug sandwich which was good (but not so exciting) and a really nice big sushi roll! It's quite cheap - 70$ together - and the nice owner even gave us some hot tea and two more sweet sandwiches :D the bagels looked good to, but we didn't try them. It's located on campus of some kind of college where a lot of basketball etc. courts are. To find the café you can look for some sunshades/umbrellas!

Something Different - Edit
This is a cheap and cheerful student bar inside the National Taipei University of Business. It serves simple, cheap student grub, including club sandwiches (with salad, fake meat etc) and a basic vegetable curry. Visit at lunch for an opportunity to see young Taiwanese students enjoying themselves. It's a pleasant 1km walk from Taipei Main Station or 2-28 Peace Park, or just a few minutes walk from Shandao Temple Station. Most items are between twenty and fifty NT dollars.
If you are going hiking or somewhere else away from vegetarian restaurants (difficult in Taiwan) and need some take-out food easy to carry, eat on the go and clean up afterwards (eg sandwiches), this could be the place.
5 stars because while it's not a five-star meal, Joy Bar is brilliant at doing what it does: serving affordable vegan food to students. Staff are friendly, and it has a great vibe.
